Trees + Wands

I have spent most of my life working, climbing, planting, loving and admiring trees and their wood. I previously worked as a Tree Surgeon and landscaper but also designed and built gardens and outdoor classrooms to help children who were struggling in classroom situations and to help them forge a personal connection to nature and earth. Having had many amazing and sometimes crazy experiences with trees and wood I took up a study of trees, their wisdom and powers and whilst my skills as a historian or librarian are poor at best I have been able to arrive at an ability to connect with, listen to and sometimes, when allowed, to talk to many different tree species. This in turn has led me to be able to create staffs, walking sticks and wands, sometimes carved with totems sometimes not, but all basically awake energetically and happy to cooperate with the positive energies of the wielder. One of my favourite things to create are paths and meditation spaces to help people find their own way to this skill of connection but I will explain more about this as this site grows.
